Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, dog treats and edible items cannot be returned once delivered for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
